Nice thoughts. Few of the points we have already implemented and few we are in process of doing it... Most importantly when all website owners’ start doing these things...virtually we all will converge to same point… Then the big question is where the differentiation is? Answer to this is usability and value adds. We have to push towards converting customer satisfaction into customer delight. That can be done by providing superb usability, creating congenial and trustworthy environment on the website, providing all those things at one place that influences his decisions. There are many factors that we need to take care of.
