Alyssa,
Thanks for your question. Just a few suggestions for workshop materials. I'm not sure if it's a virtual workshop or in person workshop you're putting on.
But here are a few suggestions:
1) Setup a Google Group for attendees to network before & after the event
2) Do you have any other products you could give them for free?
3) What about a phone consultation with you?
Think of bundling as many things as you can to provide as much value as possible. Or find one thing they are craving and hungry for. In this example of the pizza place it's so hard to find a place with a clean kid playroom that is also a nice place to eat. So they gave us Moms & Dads what we were looking for!
To give you an example in my business, I include weekly webinars for my Websites 2 Grow members. At least one of these webinars includes online marketing training to give their website the extra boost. Also, I try to personally call all of my new customers to welcome them aboard.

Hi Jennifer,
What a great idea to have a separate kids play area at a restaurant.
Thanks for spreading the word on helping your customers in any way shape or form that you can as well.
Business is different now but it's still done between people, and by going above and beyond to try and help we demonstrate our knowledge and our willingness to help them accomplish their goals and dreams.
Thanks, Rick falls
P.S. We should do some sort of Joint Venture together and share our knowledge even wider.
