Do Not Let Email Overwhelm Get Your Biz Down Websites 2 Grow TV Episode 2
8/7/2009 1:23:38 AM Central Standard Time by Main - 6 comments.

http://www.Websites2 Grow.com – Websites 2 Grow TV is a daily web show for small business owners and entrepreneurs who want to easily take their business online and stop working so hard and let your website do the work!

Are you in email overwhelm? Are sick and tired of Microsoft Outlook not working or crashing? Well I was!

On today's show, I share a great new tool I’m using to get out of email overwhelm & manage my email rather than it managing me. Do you have any tips on how you manage your inbox? I'd love to hear them. Share them by leaving a comment here on the blog.

My industry association that I am on the Board of Directors of uses Email Center Pro for our communication between each other. It is nice to have it all in one place. If someone can't get to their emails because they are out sick or on vacation, we can see which ones they haven't answered and try our best to answer them for them.

For me I prefer Email Center Pro to Gmail, because of how I can manage many multiple email addresses and delegate email to my team as well. It allows you to assign emails to your team members and leave them notes about the email as well. Also, the template capabilities is huge for me. I have never used Gmail before so I can speak to it's template features, but I love being able to pick a template to use or easily save an email I send out as a template. I use the standard package and it is plenty for me. I hope this answers your questions and you can also ask @EmailCenterPro on twitter as well. I'm not an affiliate of theirs just a happy customer :)

Jennifer - What advantages do you get with Email Center Pro that you can't get with Gmail? I see that the free account is quite limited, and the Premium account is very expensive. While I have yet to fully master Gmail and all its features, I'm supposing much of what Email Center Pro does has some equivalents in the free Gmail? Or not? What about other web-based email programs such as Yahoo or whatever MSN calls theirs these days? Do you use the Premium account? Thanks. I really like your videos, by the way.

Google doesn't "own" your email if you use gmail.
